Our Pilot Projects
Piloting Change, Building the Future
At Rebuilt Enterprise Inc., every project begins with a vision: to address Liberia’s most pressing infrastructure challenges through Public-Private Partnerships.
While our pilot projects are still in the planning phase, they represent significant initial steps toward a stronger and more sustainable future.
From eco-friendly toilets in Zorzor to the upgrade of Voinjama’s central market, and from a cultural hall for the Traditional Council to a swimming pool at Lofa County University — each initiative is designed to establish a new standard of dignity, innovation, and community ownership.

Our General Manager, Chief Executive, and Field Supervisor are surveying the Voinjama Center Market.
Why These Pilots Matter
Building Impact Beyond the Blueprint
Our pilot projects are more than buildings — they are stepping stones toward dignity, opportunity, and independence.
-
Health and Dignity: Modern sanitation reduces disease and restores dignity in daily life.
-
Economic Growth: Stronger markets and infrastructure create jobs and support local businesses.
-
Cultural Pride: Safeguarding traditions while opening new doors for tourism and cultural exchange.
-
Youth and Women Empowerment: Training and job opportunities help build skills for the next generation
Each pilot project builds the foundation for a healthier, stronger, and more self-sustaining Liberia.

Looking Ahead: From Pilots to Progress
A roadmap to resilience, growth, and legacy.
At Rebuilt Enterprise Inc., today's pilots represent tomorrow's milestones. Our journey is just beginning, with each project acting as a stepping stone toward a more resilient and sustainable Liberia.
In 2025, First Pilot Construction will begin our first sanitation project in Zorzor. This initiative marks the beginning of significant change, providing cleaner and safer facilities that will restore dignity and enhance public health.
By 2026, we plan to expand our efforts with additional pilot projects, which will include upgrades to the central market in Voinjama and the construction of the multi-functional cultural hall for the Traditional Council.
In 2027, Scaling Success, having established proven pilots, will expand into broader regional initiatives that strengthen vital areas, including housing, healthcare, and education.
Looking beyond 2027, we envision REI as a trusted partner in transforming Liberia’s national infrastructure. Our goal is to build a foundation of dignity, opportunity, and independence through public-private partnerships.
Together with our partners, we are not only planning but also preparing to deliver lasting solutions that empower communities across Liberia.
